Here's how to use the Wind Down feature:


Schedule Wind Down Time: Set a specific time in the evening when you want to start winding down and reducing screen time.


If you haven't completed your evening routine by the designated wind-down time, only activities labeled as 'Must Do' will be prompted to ensure you don't miss crucial tasks before bedtime.


Receive Gentle Reminders: Focus Bear will send you gentle reminders as your scheduled Wind Down time approaches.

Unplug and Relax: When the reminder comes, it's your cue to step away from screens, unwind with a book, take a bath, or engage in any relaxing activities to prepare for a peaceful night's sleep. This feature helps you prioritize relaxation and ensure you get a good night's rest for a productive day ahead.


Clicking ‘Get access now’ grants you immediate computer access. Focus Bear encourages reflection before granting access, allowing you to jot down your thoughts or explanation in the provided space.
