Guide to Skipping Habits in the Focus Bear App

1. Start Your Routine:


When the habit screen appears for your morning or evening routine, click “I don’t have time for all these habits.



2. Skip Habit:


On the next screen, you can uncheck the habit you wish to skip for the day and then click on 'Continue'. Alternatively, you can skip all of your morning habits by clicking on 'Completely Skip my morning habits for today.
