How to Change Habits to Only Appear on Certain Days of the Week


Windows:

Click the Focus Bear icon in the taskbar to open the app menu.


Mac:

Click the Focus Bear icon in the menu bar to open the app menu.

Steps to Customize Habit Days:

  1. Click Preferences and go to the Edit Habits tab.
  2. Select the habit you want to customize.
  3. Click More Options.
  4. Under the Timing tab, click Which days of the week this activity should be used and choose your preferred days.
  5. Once you've selected your days, click Save.
  6. Back in the Edit Habits tab, click Save Habits at the bottom to apply your changes.
