Focus Bear Self-Install Instructions

For Windows Users:

1. Open your browser and go to this link: Focus Bear for Windows.

2. Once downloaded, locate the FocusBearSetupWindows.exe file in your Downloads folder.

3. Double-click the file to begin installation.

4. Follow the prompts in the setup wizard to complete the installation.

For Mac Users:

1. Open your browser and visit: Focus Bear for Mac.

2. After downloading, open the FocusBearSetupMac.dmg file from your Downloads folder.

3. Drag the Focus Bear app icon into your Applications folder.

4. Go to your Applications folder, find Focus Bear, and double-click to open it.

• If you see a security warning, follow the on-screen instructions to allow the app to open.

For Android Users:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

2. Search for Focus Bear or use this direct link: Focus Bear on Google Play.

3. Tap Install to download the app.

4. Once installed, tap Open from the Play Store or find Focus Bear in your app drawer to launch it.

For iOS Users (Beta):

1. Open your browser and visit: Focus Bear for iOS.

2. Follow the instructions provided on the page to install the beta version.

Post-Installation Steps:

1. Launch the Focus Bear app.

2. Log in or create an account if prompted.

3. Complete the initial setup as guided by the app.
