Follow these steps to get Focus Bear up and running on your iOS device.

Step 1: Install the TestFlight App

1. Go to the Focus Bear website and click on Download Focus Bear. It will guide you through the steps. First, follow the instructions to download the TestFlight app. 

2. You’ll be directed to the App Store. Tap "Get" to install the TestFlight app on your device.

3. Once installed, click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Accept the Terms

1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Agree" to the terms and conditions.

2. This will take you to the Focus Bear download page.

Step 3: Install Focus Bear

1. Go back to the Focus Bear (https://www.focusbear.io/) website and click Download again

2. This will open Test Flight and allow you to download the Focus Bear app

3. After installation, open the app 

Step 4: Complete Onboarding

1. You’ll be directed to the onboarding page, where you can begin setting up the app.

2. Follow the prompts, and you’re all set!
