Here's how it works:
You can access the To-Do List by starting a focus block. Before the focus block begins, the app prompts you to choose a task to work on.
You have the option to either select a task from the existing list or create a new task. If you choose to select a task, a window will appear, allowing you to pick a task from the list or create a new one.
To create a new task, simply click the 'Add' button and begin filling in the task details. Click 'Create' button to add your task to the list.
Focus Bear allows you to categorize and organize your tasks. You can filter or sort your task list based on categories such as 'important,' 'urgent,' and more.
Enhancing your task management experience, Focus Bear incorporates the Eisenhower Matrix. Click the gridlike button next to 'Add' to view the matrix, guiding you on task prioritization—'Do' for urgent and important tasks, 'Decide' for not urgent but important, 'Delegate' for urgent but not important, and 'Delete' for tasks that are neither urgent nor important.
